Teaching Levels

Absolute Beginners - Never danced before? Two left feet? No sense of rhythm? Are you sure? Let us show you. Our beginners 6 week course introduces you to the basic steps and the fun of Salsa dancing! We have qualified teachers at all 3 classes.

Level 2 - You have done some classes covering the basics and you know a cross body lead (or for Cuban dancers Dile Que No), now for some simple combinations.

Level 3 - Cross body lead is essential (or for Cuban dancers Dile Que No), you understand the different roles in Salsa, you are comfortable in your role as a leader or follower and you understand Salsa timing, now you are ready for some slightly more adventurous combinations, footwork and styling!

Level 4 - Cross body lead is essential (or for Cuban dancers Dile Que No), you understand your role as a leader or follower, are able to stay in time with the beat and happy to dance at a slightly faster tempo, and you are comfortable with multiple spins and styling, and you know how to break with the rules.
